Robosynth
Makes things that did not exist.
Realm proposes data-driven variants of molecules, chemicals, materials, proteins and microbes. Robosynth makes each one, Robolab tests it, and every result returns to Realm, failed formulations included. The loop runs around the clock and gets sharper with every round.
Five stages, around the clock.
Each stage hands the next a result. Every result goes back to Realm, and Realm decides what to make next.

01
Propose
Realm proposes a batch of routes, mostly best bets and a few long shots. Every route resolves to items on the shelf, so everything proposed can be made.
02
Make
Robosynth doses, mixes and processes each candidate and logs the full recipe.
03
Verify
Robosynth confirms what actually formed and reprocesses anything impure. Only confirmed samples move on to testing.
04
Test
Robolab tests the property that matters across its full range. The whole curve comes back, so near misses show which way is uphill.
05
Learn
Realm updates on every result and picks the next batch, some near the best results and some where it is least sure.
Four versions of Robosynth.
Each version is built around one way of making. All four put samples on the same barcoded tray, and every Robolab module takes that tray through the same port, so any Robosynth can feed any Robolab.

40 foot container
Robosynth General
A motion platform with print, dispense and coat heads, plus a mixer, a heated press, an oven to 300 degrees and ultraviolet curing. A new property area is usually just a head change.
MakesPolymers, coatings, adhesives, pastes and formulations. Printed geometries for acoustics, surfaces, heat transfer and damping.

40 foot container
Robosynth Materials
Powder dosing, milling, pressing and furnaces to 1,500 degrees under controlled atmosphere, with X-ray diffraction to confirm what formed.
MakesCeramics, magnets, battery materials, catalysts, high entropy compositions and metastable phases.

20 foot container, containment level 2
Robosynth Biology
Liquid handling in 96 and 384 well plates, incubation, mass spectrometry and sequencing. Biology makes and tests in the same well.
MakesEnzyme variants, peptides and binding proteins, engineered strains and consortia, and fermented compounds.

Building block chemistry
Robosynth Molecular
Couples building blocks that share one standard handle, then deprotects and purifies, step by step. 300 blocks across 5 reactions and 3 steps reach about 3 billion molecules.
MakesSmall molecules, reagents, intermediates and new crystal forms of known compounds.
Every failure returns at full weight.
Published science records what worked, so models trained on it believe everything works. Robosynth logs the route that did not form, the sample that came out impure and the test that came back unremarkable, each with the same detail as a success.
What one record holds.
Identity
Sample, campaign, batch and timestamp.
Inputs
Full composition or sequence, precursor lots and purities, and every process parameter, including the ones assumed not to matter.
Verification
What actually formed, its purity and impurity phases, and how that was confirmed.
Tests
Full curves for every property tested, with the raw traces kept.
Outcome
Succeeded, failed or partly formed, with the reason where known.
Provenance
Instrument, calibration state, operator or agent, and software version, so results from every container and site pool into one dataset.
Test every sample every way. Making it is the cost. A second and third test on the same sample is nearly free, and each one multiplies what Realm learns from the run.
The discovery is the headline. The dataset is the asset.
Robosynth runs Wallace’s own campaigns, chosen to produce data that exists nowhere else.
New compositions
Materials and molecules, protected by patent.
Formulations
Recipes of 6 to 20 components, held as trade secrets.
Process windows
The ramp, dwell and atmosphere that make a part work. Invisible in the finished part, so it cannot be copied.
The dataset
It compounds with every run. It can only be built, one run at a time.
Work with us.
We are looking for partners with a material, molecule, formulation or strain worth a campaign, and sites for the first Robosynth and Robolab pair.
